Departure is before 11:00 AM.
Minimum age
The primary guest must be at least 25.

What are the house rules?
Unit 1 is adults only. No smoking, events, or parties. Up to two pets are welcome. Guests must remove leftover food and trash at checkout. Ask Lucinda to confirm any Unit 2-specific rules.
What should I expect at check-in?
A government ID and credit card—or a cash deposit—may be required. Special requests are not guaranteed and may involve an added fee.
Is the property pet friendly?
Yes. Each studio welcomes up to two pets, and pet beds and bowls are provided. A $50 pet fee is included only when pets are part of the stay.
Does submitting the form confirm my reservation?
No. This site sends a booking request. Lucinda will confirm availability, seasonal pricing, taxes, and final terms directly with you.
How close is downtown?
Downtown Flagler Beach restaurants, coffee, and shops are about one mile away. The pier and main stretch of A1A are a short drive.
What safety features are present?
Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors are installed. Extra-person charges may apply, although each studio is designed for two guests.
